I wasn’t unreasonable with my value for my trade in so he gave me exactly what I was looking for my vehicle and discounted his vehicle creating a great deal and there was no back and forth at all. I was pre-approval prior to going there I got there at 10:00 AM and didn't leave till almost 6:00 PM I was pre approval for one amount but when I got there they upped the amount by a few thousand. At 6:00 they finally called me into the office I signed all the paperwork and drove the car home I had it for 2 months then I get a call saying I need a co-signer and if not I need to bring the car back. They are full of xxxx please beware!!
Really pleased, went in with some wiggle room on my wants & left based off of a suggestion but 100% pleased with my decision. I was well taken care of.
When we arrived on lot we were met by Paul. From the very first time we met he was very informative and helpful. He went beyond our expections and very sastified with the result. Would recommend Paul to any of our friends when looking for a new vehicle.
Pre Approved by my credit union management ran dealer finance numbers anyway. 10% better rate at my credit union. Wasted entirely too much time. Listening will make management look like a more professional environment.
The initial salesman Paul notified me that he would not be there the day of my appointment. I drove from South Lake Tahoe and 20 mins from arriving he let me know of this news and guaranteed that his amazing and skilled associate Alex would tend to me well. Went in to buy a car that was within my budget. Told them to go through my bank, I was pre approved for an amount in which I could pay for. Instead they ran my credit multiple times with several different financial institutions, charged me 3x what I was approved for. I was recommended this location through a recall agent. I was greeted and set as number 1 priority. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and went home as my service work took 2 hours. I recieved a call when my car was ready and went and picked it up. The folks at the dealership returned my car in tip top shape.
Service was going downhill the LAST time I took my vehicles to this dealership. I was willing to wait beyond my schedule appointment time because the dealership was generous enough to do free oil changes for military on Thursdays. When I called to schedule my vehicles this time, I was informed they no longer do complimentary oil changes on thursdays, but they offer 15% discount. I was assisted by Gregory Rhoads. He was absolutely awesome! Even though I presented a recall notice on the Key Fob, I was still very apprehensive about what the cost was going to be. I schedule an appointment online for Travis Thursday for the military free oil change special. Upon completion of the service I was charged $65 only because they had taken 20% off what I was supposed to get charged. I’ve done this service several times and to receive a charge was unexpected and due to my busy work schedule, my time was more valuable than staying there arguing. I was just disappointed at the situation.
This dealership has the coolest staff on the floor they all speak very helpful everyone always smiling and helping one another awesome teamwork...when I go for service I always go to Greg asst service mgr he so coo and friendly I tell everyone about him and recommand him most def.
This place has been horrible! Zero communication with them.I cant even tell you the amount of times I have called and never received a call back from Greg, or JT. From service writer to clean up crew everyone was very friendly. The waiting room has great coffee. After service was complete they washed my truck.

Repair office person was very Friendly, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, d service was quickly performed within the time specified, he went above and beyond. This this visit was polar opposite from my first oil change/ tire rotation appointment. This same service took over 2 hours which was way over the specified time
Service Dept did not Fix my recalled airbag and refused to move my vehicle because the tech was scared due to a broken steering arm which shouldn’t they know how to deal with cars that are in that situation it just seem like they didn’t want to do the job so we took it somewhere else xxxx this place

Brought my wifes vehicle in for a a/c problem. Greg the mechanic was able to fix at half the price of another dealer. I guess you get what you pay for in this case top notch experience.
I took my car in for service after buying it about 6 months ago. It wasn’t starting every couple weeks. Assuming it was the starter kaputzing. They tested and looked around and found nothing to fix. Said it has to get worse for them to fix. Yet charged me $170 and said I can get a 90 day refund if I get it fixed. Hahaha!! They couldn’t even do their job and find what to get fixed but want $ anyway. Guess I’ll just get stranded when ever it happens again.

Good service cost was a little high. I told the service person about a same problem I was having and they didn’t even look at it for me. When I talk about it later, to my understanding it would be another charge.
When I bought my truck they told me that I was go a get ferr oil Change devises for 5 years. Yesterday I went to get my oil change service and they told me that they had a new manager and that manager was not going to respect the contras that the old managers did. They did not do my oil change they wanted to charge me $120. I left that place and I would not recomendable that pases at all.
Went to dealership had a 845 am appointment for oil change, got me in right away. Waited only about an hour and was good to go. Great service everyone polite. Service manager helped me, sorry am bad with names younger gentleman.

I had been looking online for at the deaelership for a few weeks and saw a great deal. There was a Jeep rebate and a dealer discount listed online. I went in for a simple oil change, I was given a multi point inspectuon, my fluids and tires were topped off, and I received a car wash, but was obly charged for the oil change. The service representatives were kind and genuine, no typical dealer BS. I will definitely be returning for any service I need.
The Dealer contacted me as soon as the part for recall work was received, and I made an appointment ... The Service agent “Greg” did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of the work, got me a ride home after I dropped off my truck, and called me as soon as the work was completed ... Issue resolved correctly. Personable and courteous service reps: all a+. However, communication, (return calls) and updates on progress, completion time estimate, etc: d-. Could NEVER get someone to return a call, even after multiple requests daily. I understand that business was brisk, but if that is the case, hire someone else to answer phone inquires. I need to know if my car is out of service for 1 or 2 days, or 1 or 2 weeks. I need to arrange alternate transportation.
Jim and his team at Momentum Dodge were fantastic. Would recommend or return without question. Issat might just be my favorite car salesman ever. Great job Moementum!

Nora responded to my inquiry right away, and we made an appointment to suit me. When I arrived Nora welcomed me, Izzy showed me the car I was interested in, answered all my questions, and we then got down to business - no "sales" pitch, just matter of fact business transaction. Charles, Alex, Juan, et. al. were very welcoming. The finance man explained my options, but did not pressure me to buy anything. The car was detailed really quite nicely before I left, something you don't always get.
Unhappy and will tell all my friends about my experience at the Chysler Ram nothing like Nissan in Fairfield it's the best 😡 lost wages at my job due service work car would not start after they did the work no shuttle to work or back to pick my car, very bad two there.
We came in with a certain budget and what we wanted in a vehicle and the dealership made sure that they took care of me with the best suitable for Me.

I went there yesterday because my black grand cherokee had some exterior paint issues (spots I couldn't remove all over) They were able to get them out, and fully detailed my SUV inside and out! Just amazing! I always get great service from this dealership.

Always a friendly staff and quick service for my oil change. And they washed my Charger when service before bringing the car back to me.
I like the people there and the service staff is very nice, but waiting 1 1/2 to 2 hours for a oil change when you have an appointment is a bit much.

Overall Randy was very friendly he even provided a phone number just in case I had any questions or concerns. Exactly two weeks later the vehicle wouldn’t start so I called to see what can be done but there was no answer so I left a voicemail and still have not received a call back.
The extremely rude and disrespectful service employee Walter kept accusing me of not being able to pay for my maintenance (it was only am oil change). My one big huge complaint is that the temperature inside was uncomfortably cold. I almost walked out, it was that cold. The day I purchased my car happened to be a cold day to boot which made things worse. The next time I do decide to shop at this dealership I’m going to make sure it’s a nice day. Not too hot or cold. I saw a model I wanted off their website and called the dealership to see if they still had it. Charles was quick to help me out over the phone and was there to greet me when I arrived. He turned me over to Izzy who knew everything about the truck I was looking at. I was prepared with my pricing and everything I needed to expedite things and BOOM....they did it. No Hassle Experience. Johnnie the Business Manager was also a pleasure to work with.
My experience was good. My sales rep Charles was wonderful and very helpful. I think they could have got me lower payments Maybe still to be unseen give it a year but overall I'm happy with it

I had to get my trunk latch replaced. Walt went the extra mile by attaching a cable to the emergency trunk latch. He knew that I went in and out of my trunk daily, this considerate action saved me . I didn’t have to climb through my back seat of vehicle,to retrieve necessary items. When my vehicle was repaired it was done in a timely manner.
Figured out the problem when no one else could they fixed it in a very timely manner and kept me in communication the whole time

Had a very pleasant buying experience at momentum. Researched the vehicle I wanted online and it was available at the Fairfield location. Our sales representative Paul was super knowledgeable and helpful. I had obtained financing prior to test driving at my credit union, but lending department at momentum was able to beat their percentage rate. All in all it was a great, no haggle, no b.s. car buying experience. Would definitely recommend.
Cel issue that was addressed very well. Helpful and clear on time expectations. Promise time was not too accuract but this is expected as the repair wasnt a simple one.
